We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EGP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are securely processed via Paymob, our authorized payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information when placing an order.
5. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 5-10 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to external factors. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.
7. Returns & Refunds

We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. All products are for decorative use only and must be handled with care.

Refund Policy
Orders can be canceled or returned within 14 days of placement if items remain unopened and undamaged.
Requests must be submitted in writing via email or contact form.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 72 hours; bank processing may take 7–14 business days.
If an order is refused at delivery without fault of the seller, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping fees.
Customized or made-to-order artwork is non-refundable.
Exchanges or refunds will only be considered if items are received visibly damaged or inconsistent with product descriptions.
We retain the right to refuse a refund if the request doesn’t comply with these rules.
